Well-being is achieved through a balanced and integrated approach that supports the Mind, Body, and Spirit.
The Mind is supported through mindfulness, awareness of thought patterns, and restructuring cognitive distortions that interfere with emotional well-being.
The Body is strengthened through healthy lifestyle habits including nutrition, exercise, rest, relaxation, and meaningful daily activity.
The Spirit is nurtured by exploring personal beliefs, values, and purpose—whether through spirituality, religion, nature, or personal philosophy. Dr. Eldredge respected all belief systems and supported clients in discovering meaning and direction in their lives.
